Visual Center for Nike Women’s Running FAHO26 Swift Novelty. The direction for this collection was to channel this idea of Juxtasport; looking at the silhouettes of running-adjacent sports and embracing a subversive approach by challenging expectations. We opted to embrace off-kilter graphic placements, scales, and textural treatments while reversing the typical layering of graphics. This brought secondary design elements into the foreground, leaving just enough legibility to register content that telegraphs iconography familiar to the running journey, such as road/hazard signs and coordinates.
